Needing to be up to date with changes in the real estate industry, Teresa has found that being an active member of the California Escrow Association and becoming a Certified Senior Escrow Officer as well as a Certified Escrow Instructor with this organization enables her to provide the best service possible in all transactions. Having an escrow officer that is knowledgeable, communicative, and willing to go above and beyond can make selling or purchasing real estate a great experience.

Bobbie Posner brings 40 years of experience in the escrow and real estate industry, with a background in loan processing, mortgage credit reporting, appraisal services, and working in escrow for First American Title. Known for her people-oriented approach, Bobbie is dedicated to providing personalized, client-focused service in every transaction. She holds certifications in loan processing, appraisal services, and credit reporting, and is an active member of the Inland Gateway Association and the Board of Realtors in Redlands.
